Jon Gilmore
Founder & Managing Partner
Jon founded Gilmore Davis Barker Group, formerly Gilmore Strategy Group, after serving as Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Asa Hutchinson, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations, including a budget of over $6 million, a staff of nearly sixty individuals and the organization of state agencies under the new administration. Jon currently serves as Chief Political Strategist for Governor Hutchinson.

J.R. Davis

J.R. has well over a decade's worth of experience in both Arkansas and national politics, state government and state and national media relations, including crisis communications. A former news anchor and political reporter, J.R. has served as both the Communications Director for Governor Asa Hutchinson
and Third District Congressman, and former Budget Chair, Steve Womack of Arkansas.​​​

Jamie Barker

Jamie has extensive experience in Arkansas politics and state government, including senior leadership roles on multiple statewide and federal campaigns. He later served as Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, overseeing legislative and policy operations across Arkansas state government. He previously served as Communications Director during Governor Asa Hutchinson’s re-election campaign.

Darbie Harris

Darbie is an experienced political consultant operating on both the state and federal level. Darbie has experience advising candidates for congressional, legislative, and judicial races in Arkansas on media relations, digital strategy, and general political communications. Darbie serves as Chief Political Strategist for Congressman Bruce Westerman, Chairman of Natural Resources, and most recently helped re-elect Senator John Boozman to the U.S. Senate.​
